This classic Korean dish is usually served with white rice, lots of vegetables and gochujang sauce. We’ve kept the core but switched it up with brown rice and added a Sweet and Spicy tuna for added flavor. Enjoy this for breakfast, lunch or dinner! You can cook the rice and spinach ahead and reheat it while the egg cooks.

- 1 taza de arroz integral cocido
- ¼ taza de espinaca cocida
- ¼ taza de pimiento rojo en tiras
- ¼ taza de zanahorias rebanadas
- 5 champiñones rebanados

- 1 huevo frito
